Scope
This notice applies to Helio, including the public website, dashboard, API, SDK, support channels, and related services operated by Zynnode. It does not apply to third-party websites, services, or integrations that Helio does not control.
Information we collect
We collect the information needed to run a developer log monitoring product:
- Account information such as name, email address, password hash, authentication metadata, and workspace membership.
- Organization and project information such as project names, environments, service names, API key metadata, and settings.
- Log data sent by your applications, including messages, timestamps, levels, metadata, request IDs, trace IDs, user IDs, tags, and error details.
- Usage and diagnostic data such as API requests, rate-limit events, browser/device metadata, IP address, and product interaction events.
- Support communications you send to us, including email content and any files or context you choose to share.
Customer log data
You control what your applications send to Helio. Helio is designed for operational logs, debugging metadata, and application errors. You should not intentionally send passwords, raw API keys, private keys, payment card data, health records, or other highly sensitive data unless a signed agreement with Zynnode explicitly allows it.
How we use information
- Provide log ingestion, storage, search, filtering, dashboards, alerts, and related product features.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, validate project API keys, prevent abuse, and enforce rate limits.
- Operate, debug, protect, and improve Helio infrastructure and product quality.
- Respond to support requests, send service notices, and communicate important product or security updates.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms, policies, and security requirements.
Sharing and processors
We do not sell customer log data. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, analyze, and support Helio. These providers may process data only as needed to provide services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect Helio or users, or as part of a business transaction involving Zynnode.
Retention
We keep account and workspace records while your account is active or as needed for legitimate business, security, tax, and legal purposes. Log retention may vary by plan, project settings, and technical limits. When logs expire or an account is deleted, deletion from backups and operational systems may take additional time.
Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a developer infrastructure product, including hashed passwords, hashed API keys, access controls, input validation, restricted operational access, and secure secret handling. No system is perfectly secure, so customers should avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal data in logs.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backups, billing, or legitimate business records.
