By creating an account, using the Helio dashboard, sending logs to Helio, installing the SDK, or accessing the website, you agree to these terms. If you use Helio for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure. You must promptly revoke compromised API keys and notify us if you believe an account or workspace has been accessed without authorization.

Helio is provided for application logging, monitoring, debugging, and operational diagnostics. You may use Helio only for lawful purposes and only with data you have the right to process and send to the service.

You retain ownership of logs, metadata, and other content you send to Helio. You grant Zynnode the limited rights needed to ingest, store, process, display, secure, troubleshoot, and operate Helio for you and your authorized users.

• Do not send passwords, raw secrets, private keys, payment card data, or highly regulated data unless Zynnode has agreed to it in writing.
• Do not abuse ingestion endpoints, bypass limits, overload infrastructure, probe systems without permission, or interfere with other users.
• Do not use Helio to store malware, unlawful content, surveillance data, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Do not reverse engineer non-public parts of the service except where law permits it.

Product features, retention windows, rate limits, storage limits, and pricing may vary by plan. Helio is actively developed, and we may add, change, suspend, or remove features to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.

We work to keep Helio reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, infrastructure failures, provider outages, security events, or beta changes. Status and incident updates may be posted on the status page or sent through support channels.

Zynnode owns Helio, including the software, design, branding, documentation, and service infrastructure. These terms do not transfer any Zynnode intellectual property rights to you. Feedback may be used to improve Helio without obligation to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security or reliability risk, fail to pay applicable fees, or use Helio in a way that may harm Zynnode, the service, or other users. You may stop using Helio at any time.

Helio is provided as a developer tool and should not be your only source of backups, compliance records, or incident evidence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and Zynnode will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
